Tiger Jaws: Faucaria tigrina
Stemless succulent with 4–5 pairs of gray-green, jaw-like leaves smothered in white dots. Each leaf has edges formed of 9–10 teeth. Golden-yellow flowers, about 2in (5cm) across, appear during summer and into early autumn.

Summer: 50–75°F (10–24°C). Full sun, or direct light without full sun |

Care: In winter, keep compost dry; in summer, water freely but ensure good drainage, and feed every 2 weeks with weak liquid fertilizer. |

Propagation: Sow seeds in spring and place in 70°F (21°C). |
