Miniature Date Palm, Pygmy Date Palm, Roebelin Palm: Phoenix roebelenii
This almost stemless, feather-type palm has dark-green leaves formed of many narrow leaflets. These create a crown of arching fronds that hang down at their tips.

Winter: 50–55°F (10–13°C). Full sun, or direct light without full sun |
Summer: 55–70°F (13–21°C). Indirect light or light shade |

Care: In winter, keep compost barely moist, not allowing it to dry out; in summer, water freely but ensure good drainage, and feed every 3 weeks with weak liquid fertilizer. Repot in spring when roots fill the pot, usually every 2–3 years. |

Propagation: Sow seeds in spring and place in 64–70°F (18–21°C). |
