Mistletoe Fig, Mistletoe Rubber Plant, Mistletree: Ficus deltoidea var. diversifolia (also: Ficus diversifolia)

This bushy, evergreen, slow-growing shrub or small tree has leathery, dark-green, pear-shaped to oval leaves. It gains its common names from the long-stalked, yellowish-gray, berry-like fruits borne from leaf-joints throughout the year.
