Asparagus Fern, Emerald Feather, Emerald Fern, Sprengeri Asparagus, Sprenger’s Asparagus: Asparagus densiflorus ‘Sprengeri’
Earlier known as Asparagus sprengeri, this arching, sprawling, semiprostrate evergreen perennial has wiry, trailing stems with bright green, needle-like leaves. Asparagus densiflorus ‘Compactus’ is the dwarf version and less trailing.

Winter: 45–50°F (7–10°C). Direct light without full sun |
Summer: 50–61°F (10–16°C). Indirect light or light shade |

Care: In winter, keep compost only slightly moist; water more freely in summer and feed every 2 weeks with weak liquid fertilizer. Repot in spring when roots fill the pot, usually every 1–2 years. |

Propagation: Divide congested plants in spring or early summer. Until established, place in 50°F (10°C). |
